Refund policy

At Patriot Paws, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date o f delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@patriotpaws.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@patriotpaws.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us at support@patriotpaws.com and we will assist you.
