Shipping Policy

At Patriot Paws, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our products are proudly  printed and shipped from facilities within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Because each item is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners, please allow additional time for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days after processing — FREE on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (US): 3-5 business days after processing — $9.99
Priority Shipping (US): 2-3 business days after processing — $14.99

Shipping Rates

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99 via Standard Shipping. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently offer international shipping. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported — because supporting our troops is what we do.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@patriotpaws.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and make it right.
